Seeking The Summit

For ongoing support, “Seeking the Summit” is a 12-week journey where you will continue to explore your feelings around self-empathy, compassion, and forgiveness and our six primal emotions. You will find connection as you continue your journey through understanding your parenting triggers and re-pattern yourself towards peaceful strategies.

This supportive community meets weekly and includes playwork, a private Facebook group, Facebook lives, and two one-on-one coaching calls with me.

One-on-one Coaching Calls

During this 1-hour call, I will listen to your parenting concerns and challenges.

After listening, I will ask questions and give guidance on how to best implement empowered parenting strategies into your relationships with your children.

Before taking the Brave Parent Journey course with Rachel, I was stuck in a cycle of parenting that I think a lot of us find ourselves in. I felt a lot of guilt about making mistakes, resorting to yelling when I didn’t know what else to do, and I wasn’t taking enough ownership for any of the problems. I had deep-seated beliefs that I didn’t know were there. Rachel’s Brave Parent Journey helped me reframe my reality, my kids’ tantrums, my own tantrums, and my parenting past. I have more compassion and empathy for my children, my husband, and myself. One of my favorite takeaways from the course is that there is no right way to be a parent. Parenting is all about connection, empathy, and collaboration. This course changed my life. It not only impacted the way that I connect with my child but also the way in which I connect with myself and with other relationships. Things that I never thought would get better have completely disappeared. We used to struggle at dinner every single night with our picky eater. It was a battlefield and dinner always ended in exhaustion, frustration, and resentment. Through connection, collaboration, and a shift in beliefs, dinners are enjoyable and a great way for my family to connect on a daily basis. Rachel is kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She is a wonderful teacher who knows her stuff! She asks the right questions and really digs deep to get to the root of the problem. She is also a parent and is willing to be vulnerable and give personal examples of her philosophy at work! What I loved the most about Rachel’s Brave Journey Parent Course is that Rachel is someone I know I can trust not to judge me; she is supportive, empathetic, and truly cares about your parenting journey. I cannot wait to see the changes that are still to come. I’ll end this with a quote she shared, “Children, like all of us, need to be heard and understood.”

Rose- mother of two

I am so grateful for all of the tools and knowledge I have learned from my Brave Parent Journey experience. I used to feel frustrated and resort to screaming. Now, those feelings and reactions are rare. I am much more aware of my children’s needs and can respond with a better approach. Because of this, there is more peace within myself and within my household. It has truly been a magical experience!

Lucia - mother of three

The world needs more Rachels. How beautiful would it be if we could all meet our children and each other with the empathy and compassion she models? Within the first week of our class, my family’s dynamic had already begun to shift. And since completing the entire course together I feel more confident and easeful in my parenting and relationships. Rachel’s patience and kind listening ear created space for healing and growth. And her gentle yet firm questioning challenged me in a way where I felt open and safe to reevaluate some of my parenting choices and unconscious patterns. With Rachel’s enthusiastic guidance, everyone in our group grew aware and worked together to wake up to the joy and delight of parenting through empathy and compassion. If you have the opportunity to work with Rachel, do it! It may not always be easy or comfortable, but it will most definitely be worth it.
